This position is about cooperating with the entire technical team to build a world class system for regulatory affairs.

The Artificial Intelligence Architect will utilize Artificial Intelligence(AI) and big data analysis methods to work within cross-functional teams to engage the internal clients and broader customer base, comprehend the internal client’s problems, develop strategic analytical products, support requirements analysis, inform the creation of strategic plans for business transformation, including understanding clients’ most complex business challenges, architecting a solution that delivers a measurable outcome, testing the solution, and implementing the transformation.

Responsibilities Include:

Apply extensive domain expertise and business acumen to develop multiple insights and theories for complex problems in the Industrial, Manufacturing and Security spaces that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity and deep understanding of existing methods and solutions

Extract qualitative and quantitative relationships, including patterns and trends from a wide variety of data

Use technical and analytical expertise to explore and examine data from multiple disparate Big Data sources with the goal of discovering patterns and previously hidden insights that can provide a competitive advantage or address a pressing mission problem

Analyze and implement analysis infrastructure and tools, analytic workflow processes, and complex data visualizations and leverage foundational comprehension of mathematical and statistical concepts, algorithm development, feature engineering, model selection, training testing and validation of different models, pipeline generation, and domain expertise to bridge the gap between decision makers and technical experts, ensuring data or modeling solutions meet business requirements

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

MS or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, applied mathematics, data science, statistics or related field

Degree in AI preferred

5+ years of experience with data analysis in high performance computing, machine learning, big data analysis or related areas, deep understanding of machine learning, cloud services

Experience in advanced machine learning area

Python or R programming skills

Ability to accommodate some travel, if necessary

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with working in a Big Data environment and addressing data operations and quality issues therein

Knowledge of relational database concepts, data mining, data warehouses, decision support tools, and programming languages.

Clinical Evaluation Expert

Conduct clinical evaluations for our customers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Includes all aspects of clinical evaluation and PMS for medical devices.
Assists/contributes in all areas of production as needed.
Reviews, edits, completes, and revises completed batch records, Logbooks.
Ensures availability of production batch records for upcoming lots.
Performs manufacturing level maintenance on equipment.
Monitors production processes.
Participates in equipment start-up, commissioning, and validation activities.
Ensures equipment operational readiness.
Assist with troubleshooting in case of equipment failure.
Gathers, trends, and analyzes process generated data.
Participates in defining robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaigns.
Works to optimize, trend, and report manufacturing process operational parameters during routine manufacturing campaigns.
Creates process evaluation reports, process transfer documentation, and process characterization presentations.
Documents all training;
Assist with training of new employees.
Performs various tests and analytical procedures.
Performs in-process sampling, Quality Control Chemistry and Quality Control Microbiology.
Keeps process area stocked with essential equipment and components.
Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards.

Quality Group Leader

Form highly performing QA/RA teams

We are growing a huge team of quality managers for medical devices to perform quality management as a service for our customers.

The team will consists of a number of smaller sub-teams with 6 to 8 people.

The task of the team leaders is to

identify the team leaders for sub-teams

coordinate the growth and education of the sub-team leaders

support developers of the QMS in all aspects

define the requirements to the QMS as tasks for the developers

test-run the entire system in parallel with other team leaders

Requirements

At least 4 years of quality and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of ISO 9000 and Statistical Process Control desired

Team player who can demonstrate strong leadership abilities and communication skills

Office Administration

Be the person the functionality of our office is relying on

General administration duties for the CEO and management team, ensuring a timely and efficient service. Coordinate and run general HR matters.

Support to CEO and Management Team:

Receive and assist visitors and telephone callers referring them to the appropriate persons as circumstances warrant
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Make arrangements and coordinate conferences and meetings
Arrange business itineraries and coordinate travel requirements
Keep time and attendance records and log of overtime

HR and Administration of the office:

Sort, read and annotate incoming mail and documents
Be the point of contact for all travel bookings
Manage the relationship with the travel agent
Assist in the arrangements for overseas visitors
Occasional and minor research – abstract information and support data in preparation for meetings, work projects and reports
Maintain filing and records and other office flow procedures
Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flow
Setting up new employees for payroll
Act as key point of contact for all payroll admin queries
Assist in the management of payroll and other expenses of employees assigned to the Company from other locations
Ensure appropriate HR records are maintained for each employee
Assist with the recruitment of new employees as required, receive CV’s, set-up interviews, follow up on references/contracts
Organise team social events
Support the administration of the appraisal system
Liaise with Toyota Ireland HR on projects, employee training, team events
Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, clients etc.
Any other duties as required by Line Manager

Key Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years previous experience as HR Coordinator /Administrator
Knowledge of Human resources processes and best practices
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with social media recruiting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
